Doing things differently...

At epic we believe that small things repeated add up to big change.  How we act individually and as a company is important to us.  This is why we are committed to environmental, social and employer responsibility.  We are transparent and open in this commitment, for the people we work with and in looking after those that work for us.  The beautiful environments we work in matter and how we minimalize our environmental footprint(and hopefully go beyond carbon neutral). Because we work with groups of young people, education is vital but we aim to inform not convert!  As a company we firmly support big society and social responsibility, this is why we have created the 'Outdoors for everyone' project providing free outdoor programs for those who would not have the opportunity. So our commitment is to put doing good things ahead of profit, we are innovators and are always looking for ways to be better, this is what we are doing now...
